On April 16, 2011 a District Camporee was held at Camp Fawcett as reflected in the below photos.  Program Chair is Mario Morales of Uvalde, TX

I just received this wevsite. I am David N. Perry, ex-scouter from Troop 1 in San Angelo under leadership of J.T. Henderson. I was on camp staff at Fawcett for two years in the late '60's. I am the past O.A. Lodge Chief of the Wahinkto Lodge and Past Area IX-D Conference Chief. I was in charge of the skills yard at both Fawcett & Sol Mayer. Those were some of the best times of my life. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet alot of really great people because of my scouting experience. Hope to hear from some of them because of this wevsite. dnperry@cvctx.com
